Section 68
Public service should not be disrupted
(1) No one shall obstruct or in any way obstruct the operation of public electricity or telecommunications or other public services of a similar nature or the operation of public services in accordance with law.
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be imprisoned for up to three years or fined up to thirty thousand rupees.
